Epoxy Flooring for Hastings Marine, Mechanical and Trade Workshops
Marine and mechanical workshops put more through a floor than almost any other trade. Boats come in on trailers dripping salt water, engines are pulled and oil, fuel and antifouling residue end up on the slab, and heavy gear is dragged, dropped and rolled across it every day. Bare concrete absorbs all of that and breaks down. An industrial epoxy coating seals it under a dense, seamless layer that resists impact, abrasion and chemicals and can be hosed and squeegeed clean.
The system is specified for the work: high-build epoxy for hoists and heavy loads, a chemical-resistant topcoat where fuel, oil and solvents are handled, and non-slip aggregate anywhere the floor is regularly wet. Fabrication sheds, storage units and retail premises get a hard, light-reflective finish with line marking for bays and walkways built into the coating, and we work weekends and after hours where a business cannot close.
