Coating Carports, Patios and Outdoor Areas in Rosebud
An outdoor slab in Rosebud gets sun, rain, sand and bare feet in a single afternoon, and plain concrete responds by staining, growing moss in the shade and turning slippery when it is wet. A coated floor handles all of that. We use a UV-stable topcoat outdoors so the colour does not chalk or yellow, add non-slip aggregate so the surface grips when wet, and seal the concrete so leaves, sunscreen and spilled drinks wash off instead of soaking in.
Carports are the usual starting point, because the car drips on them and everyone walks through them, and a flake finish that runs from the carport across the path and onto the patio ties the outside of the house together. Verandahs, entertaining areas, the slab around an outdoor kitchen and the steps down to the yard are done the same way, with the texture tuned to how much traffic and water each one sees.
